Tahini Dressing (Raw & Vegan)

Here is another instance of me putting together random ingredients in a bowl and topping it with this amazing dressing, and then giving the whole recipe a fancy-upper-case-lettered-name. My husband and I have found many dishes it works well with. Keep it in your fridge and turn that boring salad into something deliciously amazing!


  • 3/4–1 C olive oil

  • 1/3 C water

  • 1/3 C apple cider vinegar (rice wine or red wine also work well)

  • 1/2 C nutritional yeast (if you can’t find it, substitute Romano or Parmesan cheese)

  • 2 Tbsp tahini

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt


  1. Add all ingredients except olive oil into a blender/processor and mix until smooth.

  2. Slowly add olive oil until well combined.

  3. Store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 2 weeks. (If it lasts that long!)
