Recipe: Chocolate Milk Kick

Raw Cacao

Cacao is the most widely eaten nut in the world – yet nobody ACTUALLY eats it! Have you ever tried a cacao bean? This is the nut that all chocolate is made of. It is the raw, unrefined, natural version of chocolate. Every study on cacao has pointed to the same conclusion: its natures #1 weightloss, longevity and energy providing food! This is due to its extreme density of minerals. It is the world’s highest source of iron, magnesium, manganese, chromium and antioxidants! 1 cup coconut or nut milk (hemp, cashew, almond are all great!)

3 tbsp cacao powder

4 pitted medjool dates

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch sea salt

Optional superfoods (1 tsp of each): maca, mesquite, lucuma, caro, chaga, reishi

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, ENJOY!
