Everyone needs a little brownie in their life, right? My favourite brownie goes something like: 2 eggs, half a cup of Nutella, and 10 tablespoons of white flour. Sounds delicious right? They are. But they are also packed with unhealthy fats and sugar.
It has been my mission lately to create a brownie with as little sugar and fat as possible…even keeping it vegan and flourless!
Ingredients

3 bananas, mashed

1/3 C almond butter

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 C Vega protein powder/coconut flour

* Option to add carob or chocolate chips on top
Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients together. (When I’m lazy, I like to blend in a blender!)

Spray a small cake pan with olive oil and pour in batter. Cover with chocolate chips.

Bake 20-25 min.
