This simple recipe contains an abundance of healthy fats, making it a perfect nutritious breakfast or snack.
(makes 2 servings)
2 slices spelt and wild rice bread (or bread of preference)
2 tbsp ghee
2-3 tbsp black tahini
1 pinch sea salt
1 handful sprouts or wild edible flowers (optional)
Toast bread and spread with ghee and black tahini.
Halve avocado and remove pit. Scoop each half onto a slice of toast and mash with a fork until evenly spread.
Dust each slice with a pinch of sea salt. Garnish with sprouts or wild edible flowers. Enjoy!
