Coconut Turmeric Chai Spice Latte

This latte is nutritious enough to keep you going all day long.

Ingredients

1 tbsp turmeric

1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)

½ tsp vanilla powder

1 cup goji berries, soaking in water

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp chai spice blend (equal parts of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice & cardamom)

2 tbsp lakanto – or sweetener of choice

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Pour into a pot, simmer over low heat on the stove stop until desired heat. Enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
