Avocado Hummus (Vegan)

This is the third recipe I’ve concocted for hummus, so clearly it is something I love to make. This week, it’s basic garbanzo bean hummus, but instead of adding olive oil, I chucked in a couple of super ripe avocados. It turned out amazing; it might be my go-to from now on. Hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • 1 C garbanzo beans (1 jar, drained)

  • 2 super ripe avocados

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 lemon, juiced

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender/processor and blend until smooth,

  2. Save in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
